Pricing

The number is on this page. No call required.

Hiding the price behind a consultation is a sales tactic, not a pricing model. Ours is published: a build runs $2,000 to $5,000 depending on scope, every site carries a $500/month care plan, and the SEO program is optional at $1,500/month. The quote tool turns that range into your actual figure in about a minute.

One-time

Website build

$2,000– $5,000

Priced to scope. A solo attorney with two practice areas sits at the low end; a multi-attorney firm with many practice areas and locations sits higher.

  • Fully custom design and code — no templates
  • Individual pages for every practice area
  • Attorney bio pages built for credibility
  • Mobile-first, fast-loading templates
  • Technical SEO, schema markup, XML sitemap
  • WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
  • Intake path, click-to-call, inquiry forms
  • Content written and structured for search and AI answers
  • Migration and redirects from your existing site
  • Analytics and Search Console setup
  • You own the code, content, and domain
Required

Care plan

$500/month

Starts the day your site goes live, not the day you pay. A website is software; unmaintained software breaks and gets exploited.

  • Managed hosting and SSL
  • Security monitoring and malware protection
  • Daily backups with fast restore
  • WordPress core and dependency updates
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Small content edits and updates
  • Performance monitoring
  • Direct support — a real person replies
Optional

SEO & AI search

$1,500/month

For firms that want to compete for search traffic rather than just have a presence. Add it at launch or later — there is no lock-in.

  • Keyword and competitor research for your market
  • Ongoing published content on your site
  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile work
  • Internal linking and site architecture growth
  • Answer-engine optimization for AI assistants
  • Technical SEO monitoring and fixes
  • Monthly reporting in plain language

What moves your number

Scope sets the price, and scope is just a count of real things we have to design, write and build:

Practice areas

Each one gets its own real page with its own content. Two areas is a different build from nine.

Number of attorneys

Every attorney gets a bio page written to establish credibility, not a name in a list.

Office locations

Multiple locations mean location pages and local SEO structure for each market you serve.

Existing content

Migrating and rewriting an established site takes more work than starting clean — but it protects rankings you already have.

Functionality

Case-intake workflows, document uploads, appointment booking, or payments add build time.

Brand assets

If you have a logo and photography, we use them. If you need them designed, that is additional scope.

The awkward money questions

Why is the care plan required?

Because we have seen what happens without it. An unmaintained WordPress site gets outdated, slow, and eventually compromised, and then everyone is unhappy. We are not willing to build something excellent and then watch it decay. If you want a site with no ongoing relationship, we are honestly not the right fit.

Can I pay for the build in installments?

Yes — ask when you get your quote and we will set it up.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. The care plan and the SEO program are month to month and can be cancelled with reasonable notice. We would rather keep you because the work is good.

Why not just use a $20/month website builder?

You can, and for some solo practices that is a reasonable starting point. What you give up is speed, custom structure, real practice-area depth, accessibility, and ownership. Template sites tend to look like every other firm in town and are difficult to rank.

How do you compare to the big legal marketing companies?

Their subscription model often means you never own the site — stop paying and it disappears. Our build is a one-time cost, and the site is yours. We are also a small studio, so you deal with the person doing the work.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We do not guarantee rankings, lead volume, or case counts, and neither can anyone else honestly. What we commit to is professional work, transparent reporting, and a site built on the things that actually earn results.

What happens if I want to leave?

You take your site with you. You own the code, the content, and the domain, and we will help with the handover rather than making it difficult.
